Hi,
Referring to TIDA-00374 - looks like a good solution. Though since this a bit dated (May 2016) wondering if there are higher performing replacement/ upgraded devices you may suggest
(the switch and timer) resulting in even better battery life performance for CC13xx based low duty cycle wireless sensor application. i.e. either shutting off power to or waking up CC13xx
from shutdown mode.
Couple of related sub-questions -
1) I am using TPS22910AYZVR for battery (reverse polarity) protection, can I use its enable (ON, B2) input driven from TPL5110 output?
2) Since TS5A3160 offers much lower leakage current compared to TPS22910A. Is there any (low leakage) switch with built in reverse polarity protection? i.e. combining best from both
devices in one.
Please advise. Thanks.

Yes, this is OK.

TS5A3160 / analog switches in general are not power devices. This one you mentioned can only support 200mA max. TPS22910A can do 2A.
I would recommend to look at TPS22916, it has the lowest shutdown current among our switches with reverse current blocking features.
Note that TPS22910A has P-CH fet while TPS22916 has n-ch fet.
