BQ27520-G4: bq27520 FC Jump to 0 after 1 hour of full charge

My customer use BQ27520-G4，and also finish CHEM-ID and Cycle Learning. They found that the battery is full charged and [FC] bit was set to 1, after about 1h, the [FC] bit will jump to 0 again. The following is the log file. From the log file, State Of Chg is always 100%. Why does the [FC]bit jump?

Hello Star,

Can you also share the .gg file so we can see the configuration? There are multiple conditions that can set/clear FC depending on the config.

Make sure the OpConfig[IDSELEN] = 0 as well, this can interfere with Qmax updates.

Hi Star,

The voltage of battery is relaxing down slightly which is what is causing FC to be cleared. The SOC does change accordingly (please use TrueSOC, column AG)
