Hi,

Please help to find the gate driver for SiC MOSFET, which the functions customer need:
-H/L side, 2 channels
-Miller clamp function

    Hi Rock,

    We currently don't a dual channel driver with miller clamp function. For simple single channel driver, we have a few parts which include miller clamp, for example UCC5310MC or UCC5350MC. We also have ISO5x5x or UCC21750 (UCC217xx family) which has miller clamp and protection function. Could you let me know what's the application for this customer case?
