BQ25713: No switching for unknown reason

Hi,

There's one specific board using BQ25713 that HIDRV1 & LODRV1 are not switching for unknown reason with related information as below.  Do you have any thought for the potential root cause?

  • VBUS pin voltage: 15.2v
  • Battery voltage: 11.574v
  • System voltage: 11.573v
  • Register dump:
