TPS22990: VBIAS design

Hi

I want to use +V12 divide by 2kohm + 2kohm.

then I can create 6V to VBIAS.

does it workable to VBIAS ?

    Dimitry, 

    Your idea can work, as VBIAS quiescent current is <100uA, however, at the cost of ~3mA of current burned thru the divider. 

    Typically we would see the VIN supply used on VBIAS as well.

    I'm not exactly sure why you would desire 12V supply to power vbias instead of VIN, but of course i dont know specifics about your design. So all i can say is it is technically feasible, but unorthodox.
