FCC exceeds design limit

Hello all,

We are using the BQ20Z80A-V110 for our battery pack. Sometime, the FCC increased to 7200mAh that  exeeds design limit of 5800mAh.

Is anybody know why? Please see gg file.

    Have you tried to calculate the capacity of the battery pack? You should be able to discharge from full to empty at a constant current and calculate the amount of charge that you are getting out of the battery. Perhaps the Design Capacity is too low.

    We have similar troubleshoot.

    Battery pack is 8800mAh.

    We have completed the aux file generation.

    The "Full Charge Capacity" showed is 88000mAh, so when we start to full charge or full discharge the RSOC is not correctly showed.

    When full discharged, and then charged, RSOC moves slowly up to 9%, and when Charge Completion Pack Qualifiers are reached RSOC jump to 100%. Viceversa for discharging.

    What is the reason of the "Full Charge Capacity" bad value?
