TPS61196: Abnormal output

Hi,

How about the value of the REF capacitor? It may change the soft startup time.

Please refer to section 7.3.5 of the datasheet. The charger current only stops when the minimum IFB voltage is above 200mV, which means the Vout keeps rising until minimum IFB voltage is above 200mV and may reach OVP.

Please measure the all IFB voltage to find that if when output reaches OVP and IFB is still below 200mV. 

Since if the OVP is too low, the soft start-up cap. is charged until OVP occurs.
