BQ27441-G1: How to integrate bq27441 while using bq24073 battery charger

I have integrated the gauge and the charger with battery pack as follows. BAT PIN on charger is connected to SRN pin on the gauge bq27441 as shown in attached circuit. Is this correct?ayurox_pwr-power.pdf
