Hi TI Team,

Is it advisable to conformal coat the BQ76940, BQ76930 series ICs. If yes, what must be thickness of conformal coating.

    Hi Rohan,

    Conformal coating is really dependent on your application. If you expect moisture and dust, then it may be beneficial to protect the electronics on your PCB and prevent shorting between pins. I do not have any recommendation for conformal coating thickness.
