BQ76920: Correct P-MOSFET configuration for high side switching?

Part Number: BQ76920
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ76200

Hello, I am designing a 5s 15A BMS for an engineering project and my application requires the MCU to communicate with BQ76920 even in a fault condition, and thus they share a common ground. I saw high side switching mentioned in the datasheet, but I am unsure if my proposed schematic is correct; especially the CHG pin connections. Are the resistor diode and small P-MOSFET still required, do they need changes or can be removed as they are driving a small N-MOSFET? Can someone take a look? Thank you very much!
