Dear All,

we want to write HW and FW version on BQ34z100-G1 trought BQ studio. We settle values but the return of commands is incorrect, here is a screenshot for your reference.

Are we wrong somewhere?

Hi Erica,

You cannot edit the HW/FW version, these are internal to the gauge.

Hi Nick,

thanks for your feedback.

These data (HW_version and FW_version) are in the manufacturing data (configuration) on BqStudio, so we supposed we editable like the others in the same content.

In the TRM (page 12, subcommands) is wrote "Reports the hardware version of the device type / Reports the firmware version of the device type", so you mean the device Bq34z100-G1 and not our board, right?
