WEBENCH® Tools/UCC28C40-Q1: OUT pin no output phenomenon

Part Number: UCC28C40-Q1

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Design a Flyback circuit using WEBENCH. After testing found,OUT pin no output phenomenon.Other pins also appeared abnormal.

I don't know which pins control the output of the OUT pin.

    Thanks for connecting through TI's E2E forum. "OUT pin, no output phenomenon",  "Other pins appear abnormal" - can you be more specific so I can help? Basic things to check could be: VDD>UVLO(on), VREF=5V, Ramp signal present?

    Another problem is that there are no co-ed transformer designers.Because I found that some WEBENCH designs do not provide product numbers.

    Glad to hear the issue is resolved.

    When you see that some WEBENCH designs are not providing transformer product part numbers, here is what you need to know: The WEBENCH designer algorithm designs the transformer taking into consideration several factors: maximum permissible power loss, maximum number of feasible layers, strands, etc. One or more of these parameters could not be met with your design using available core/bobbin database materials and this is why you receive limited information or no product part number. Try relaxing your design spec in WEBENCH until you see more detailed transformer info appear which will include product part numbers. If you must meet an aggressive design spec that is beyond the limits set by WEBENCH, you will be on your own to design a custom transformer. More details can be found in this e2e thread.
