BQ2002: Ni-MH battery series *2 charging IC requirements

Part Number: BQ2002

Hi

The input power is MICRO USB 5V/0.5A, the charging current is about 200mA,The battery is 2 Ni-MH batteries in series
1.How to set the full charge voltage?
2.How to do overcharge and overdischarge mechanism?
Because it will be used in a car, the temperature will rise to about 80 degrees, how to prevent the charging from stopping when the temperature is high?

The following schematic diagram, need to be adjusted?

For setting the charge voltage, you'll use the following formula to configure a resistor divider based on the number of cells in series you have.

For overcharge, once the device is deemed ready to terminate (either through PVD or -dV Termination), the device will begin the termination phase of charging. Top-off charge is optional and configurable with the fast-charge rate with the TM pin.

The datasheet does not mention methods for overdischarge. We recommend a discharge protection module on the battery.

I do not see any issues but the configuration of resistors on the TS pin stands out. The datasheet thermistor connection is as follows:
