Hi Sir,

My customer looking for LDO solution like TPS7A05 but fast star-up time around 50uS.

Do you have suggest which one is good for this?

    Hi Ian,

    The startup time will be a key driving requirement, so if we just focus on that for a moment, can you clarify if the 50 us is the ramp time alone, or is it the delay time + ramp time?

    The LP5907 can completely turn on (delay time + ramp time) in 80 us typical.

    The TPS7A88 can ramp much faster than 50 us, however the delay time + ramp time will be just over 100us.
