Apologize for the confusion.

As I noted earlier, the file SLUUB08A.pdf HAS PDF FORMAT OF LAYOUT & ROUTING FOR EACH LAYER.

This ref design might also have true Gerbers one can view/edit in a Gerber viewer.

Cld you kindly find that & put it in the EVM design folder or email that to me pl!

Yes, we reviewed the file Jaden sent.

The file with .7z extension is for UCC28782EVM-030 board. and its pcb files are indeed online.

BUT.

What we got with us is UCC28780EVM-002,

The only document we can get from the website for this EVM is the SLUUB08A.pdf and all routing/placement files are in pdf.

Would you kindly send the .7z for this EVM? Even ODB++ will do.

Appreciate your attention and effort to get this particular file out.

Robin,

The gerber files cannot be found in server, I cannot help you further of UCC28780.

And now we promote UCC28782 rather than UCC28780.

Thnx for trying to find the gerbers...

Fortunately, someone had given a link in the forum many months ago & we are using that now.

BTW: We will change over to UCC28782 at some point this yr, but we got to deliver parts with UCC28780.

UCC28780 is still a valid controller to design with, right?

If there is any possibility to change to UCC28782, it is recommended to change to UCC28782 even UCC28780 is valid controller.

You may need much more design effort with UCC28070 than UCC28782.

Let me explore how to.

We got 2 EVal kits using UCC28780 -- 1 for MOSFET & 1 for GaN.

Can we leverage GaN EVAL routing for UCC28782?

You cannot leverage UCC28780EVM routing for UCC28782, since UCC28782 has different package and it is totally new design.
