Hello

We do not recommend UCD9080 for any development. Please use UCD9081 which is Pin to Pin compatible to UCD9080.

You can get the symbol at https://webench.ti.com/cad/ via typing UCD9081 as device.

I really appreciate your response, I've got a symbol at the suggested place,

there was two files

RHB0032E.stp and UCD9081_RHB_32.bxl

Neither one is recognized by TI PSpice when I tried to Generate part.

What I am missing?

Hello

The symbol is for CAD/EDA and PCB layout purpose. It is not designed for SPICE. As mentioned in other post, UCD9081 does not have a spice mode for simulation since it is not a analog device.
