I found the difference between package image of bottom and package dimension like below.

How do I make PCB Library?

Could you please give me right information?

    Hi Michael,

    As the image indicates, the image is a representation of the package family and actual package may vary. It is a generic package view. 

    Follow the layout as suggested in the package outline in the pages after that.
