UCC2897A: UCC2897A start-up issue in POE application

Hi team,

My customer used our UCC2897A for their  POE converter.

There are two UCC2897A in this design.

One is for Vout=12V/4.67A and one is for Vout=54.5v/1.41A.

The failure is happened at Vout=54.5v/1.41A. There is no any PWM signal.

The detail schematic and waveforms are as below link . Could you kindly guide the debug direction or suggestion? Thanks.

    Hi,

    I cannot open the link in your thread. 

    On the failure, you need to describe what happened, and what did you do when the failure happened, your test condition, your schematics, etc. We need to know these in order to make suggestions.
