TPSM846C24: The output is 3.2V instead of 0.95V

Hi Team,

We have a customer using TPSM846C24 for a 12V to 0.95V application. However, the output voltage they can get from the TPSM846C24 is 3.2V. I have checked the schematic and it seems the diagram is correct. Below is the schematic diagram from the customer. Can you help us identify the cause of the error?

    Hi ,

    Can you please have the customer measure the voltages at the module side of R697 and R705? I am wondering if the output is correctly getting fed back to the device VS+ and VS- pins through the remote sense lines.

    Can you also have them measure the voltage at DIFFO and FB pins?
