Does this mean the CFP package does not have MSL rating by JEDEC standards?

Follow-up question, if the MSL rating is indeed not applicable, this means no prebake is necessary for this part number?

Art,

This is a ceramic hermetic package. It does not have a moisture rating as moisture cannot ingress into the package.

It does not require a moisture bake.
