Hi,

The customer reviews TPS92682-Q1 in the LDM project.

Is there any problem controlling 36W power per TPS92682 IC?

To relieve the heat dissipation of the PCB, we would like to divide the power by lamp function using 3~4 TPS92682 ICs.

Of course, we are also considering LDM thermal insulation.

The development of the 100W PCB Board requires the most review of heat dissipation and EMC.

Please advise on the design.

Hi Chi,

Getting the heat out on this high power module is probably one of the most important part of the design. The TPS92682 is a controller so the heat dissipating on it is not the major issue. It's the heat on the power stage and power components that is an issue so the heat has to be able to get out to he housing somehow and this is a system level design.

Who is the customer that is trying to design this module?
