My customer is looking for the ESD information for the BQ24703 device, can you share with us the CDM and HBM rating?

    Hi Renan,

    The HBM is 2000 V, and the CDM is 750 V.

    Is this for a new project? The BQ24703 is a legacy device. TI's newer chargers can provide many benefits, including higher efficiency, higher integration, lower BOM count, and more features. If you send me the design requirements, then I can help suggest a charger which would fit your application best.
