    Hi Hide,

    In order to find the min spec I would need to look into some data and reach out to our test engineers to make sure we get an accurate value. First would you be able to let me know the purpose of having the min spec would be for?

    Typically the max spec is used to account for the worst case scenario delay between the input and the output of the gate driver. The shorter the propagation delay the better it is for the system.
