1). When will ALL_LED_FAULT get asserted?
2). Is there any real usage of FSM_LIVE_STATUS besides debug (probably)? Which bit has real application usage?

2h = EEPROM_READ
3h = STANDBY
4h - Ch = BOOST_START
Dh = NORMAL
Eh = DISCHARGE
Fh = SHUTDOWN
10h = FAULT_RECOVERY
11h = ALL_LED_FAULT
