Hi,
UCC28950 is used for secondary side control and is driven by primary side gate drive transformer.
The figure below is the voltage across the diode when the secondary rectifier is configured as a diode. (blue line)
The OUTE waveform at that time was also measured. (yellow line)
As you can see, the timing doesn't fit between the two waveforms.
The time difference between the two waveforms occurs about 640ns.
There seems to be a delay in the primary gate drive transformer.
Therefore, if the secondary side is driven by a MOSFET, it will be damaged.
Is there a way to solve the delay occurring on the secondary side?
Should I use ADELEF to solve it while looking at the two waveforms?
