Or which is the lower or higher junction temperature, the minimum ICL is?

Ochi-san,
The KCL values in the datasheet are valid from VBB = 6 V to 18 V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C (as stated in the header of the section). There is no significant variation in KCL with respect to junction temperature. The only factor you have to look at is the accuracy of the current limit (the percentages in the ISNSI parameter section). We do have a great calculator that makes calculating the current limit variation easy at the following link:

I understood what we could refer to is the range of KCL @ VBB = 6 V to 18 V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C.
