TPS65400: PSpice trans model not simulating

I can run the transient model using PSpice for TI. Can you share the print-screen of the error for me? Did you change any spec of the model before you ran the transient model? If you have changed the spec, can you tell me what changes you have made?

Thank you for the quick reply. I changed nothing in the model, it is encrypted so there is no way I could have.

If you can run it in PSpice for TI it could actually be a simulator (Spectre) problem, and not a model problem. As such I would need to take it with Cadence. I will try to run the model in PSpice for TI and let you know if it works on my end (installed it over the weekend).

OK, please let me know if you have any question. Just notice that when using Pspice for TI to simulate the model, there may be an error about transistors or diode, this can be handled by adding a voltage maker to the output.

Hi,

Do you mean a Voltage Source in series (0 Vdc)?
Or do you mean in parallel, to clamp the the output some specific voltage?
