BQ4050: Could basically BQ4050 reset Protections COV values on its own?

I have the battery controlled by BQ4050 in a project.

I almost sure that I updated Data Memory registers:

Protections:COV:RecoveryLowTemp
Protections:COV:RecoveryStandardTemp
Protections:COV:RecoveryHighTemp
Protections:COV:RecoveryRecTemp

from 3900 mA to 4200 mA.

But now I see that all 4 of them are 3900 as in time I've got the battery first time.

1) My mistake or could the controller reset the values in some way?

2) Does the BQ4050 have got any default values to set them as defaults? Or are ones set by user irreversible?
