LM5160A: LM5160A hiccup issue & factors affecting design

Part Number: LM5160A

Hi,

I'm doing a mockup test using LM5160A & noticed that all output will hiccup when 26V output loads more than 0.19A & I'm suspecting the current limit at this moment.

Based on my use case, I entered all the numbers to the TI calculator sheet , and find that the peak current is around 2.117A. Referring to datasheet though it shows the current limit across temp is >2.5A. Therefore I would like to know since the actual application did not exceed 2.5A, but why is there a hiccup observed? How does the calculator result correlate to the datasheet current limit graph?

I'm attaching my calculator spreadsheet as well. Please look at (spreadsheet tab "Designs" and "Fly-Buck")
