We built many boards with this chip. One board has an issue where the chip switches off as soon as TS2 is released after shorting it to ground. We see that the reg1 and reg2 voltages from OTP settings has been read and the output while the TS2 is held low. But it turns off when released.
The chip has been carefully assembled without ESD and temperature shocks and consistent with other working parts of the batch.
