BQ27542-G1: BQ27542 Cycle count value changes randomly ..?

Hello TI, 
                We are using BQ27542 for monitoring battery parameter, but there was issues which we found  after completing learning cycle, cycle count is increases randomly 
is this because of

    Hello Rahul,

    From the TRM:

    6.1.1.2 Cycle Count Cycle count records the number of cycles the battery has experienced. One cycle occurs when accumulated discharge ≥ CC Threshold. The value is reported in CycleCount().

    You have to discharge a certain amount for the gauge to increment the cycle count register. I don't think the voltage change would cause it to change the cycle count.
