Hi Team,
A couple of quick questions regarding input cap design for TPS63070EVM.
Could you tell me how to determine the amount of input cap? There are no description on the datasheet but 98uF caps are mounted on its EVM.
I especially want to know following two point in the design.
1. Why does the EVM have such the big input cap? And are there any equation or something to determine the value?
2. Why tantalum cap is used in the design? And can we change it to ceramic cap?
