TPS7A05: Recommendation for 1.1Vout, >30mA LDO

Dear TI,

Here we have a need for LDO:

Vin=1.8V, Vout=1.1V, Iout>30mA, Vout_ripple<30mV. Cost sensitive.

I recommend TPS7A0511PDQNR. Not sure whether it is the most suitable device, thanks for recommendation.

The lower Iq will be better, less than 1uA will be better.

Hi Jiayu,

TPS7A05 - specifically TPS7A0511PDQNR is currently our best recommendation for a low Iq device + 1.1V

If your customer can change VOUT to a bit higher or lower (1.2V or 1V) then i would recommend the next-generation TPS7A03 or TPS7A02.

1.1V is not planned at this time for these devices but may be available in the future.
