BQ25125: Input leakage current spec

Hi If I have a disabled wireless charger device like BQ51003 connected to the BQ25125's input,

how much reverse leakage current at the BQ25125 input due to the input loading can I expect.

The BQ51003 datasheet specs a 20uA quiescent current at the output when wireless power is disabled (Standby).

Would the BQ25125 input blocking FET limit this quiescent current even more?

Hi Kelvin,

The input FETs (q1 / q2) would be switched off are so there should be no reverse leakage.

Nick,

I understand that but would it be a few nanoamps or microamps?

I'm working on a portable application, so every microamp counts.

Hi Kelvin,

The current would need to go through the Q1 and Q2 FETs switched off so you can assume it would be extremely small.
