Regarding the part LM5141QRGETQ1, we are not able to procure anything from open market.

Who can help us locate the supply.

We are standing in front of manufacturing cycle with our brd power supply IC being not available in the market.

We need 50K.

Looks like this is the small reel option. The large reel may be slightly better (20 weeks).

The R option is the big reel (3000 pcs). See here: https://www.ti.com/product/LM5141-Q1#order-quality

The part number is LM5141QRGERQ1.

Atharva,

If Q grade is not required, you can check the commercial version (LM5141). Also, the LM25141-Q1 is the same IC as the LM5141-Q1 except Vin-max is 42V.

And if your design is not finalized, you can also consider the LM5146-Q1 (Vin-max = 100V). The commercial version of this is the LM5145 (75V) and LM25145 (42V).

Unfortunately we have gerbered out the design hence can't change any part now.

Luckily i find LM25141 as drop in for LM5141. Will check the samples and proceed

Yes, the LM25141 is a drop-in for the LM5141. Vin-max is 42V instead of 65V.

Hi Tim,

If we change from LM5141-Q1 to LM5141, what kind of testing do we need to repeat on the regulator among the ones listed below? or do we need to perform any additional tests ?

We are currently performing :

Power up,

Power down,

Ripple,

over voltage,

Short circuit,

Reverse voltage,

Sleep current, T

Temperature rise for 8 hour operation,

Environmental test from -10 to 50C, and

ESD tests.

If you've already completed testing with the LM5141-Q1, then that is sufficient for the LM5141.
