TPS62840: worse case Startup time?

For an application that needs small start up time:

Datasheet SLVSEC6D gives at page 8:
tSTARTUP_DELAY: 10 ms typ.
tss: 120us typ.

Can we share some worse case value (ie max startup and tss timing) base on qualification?

This is to get an order of magnitude. I know that our device is specified against the datasheet specs and the max value will not be provided in it.

The topic was answered offline. I could access some characterization data to get an idea of the max worst case measured.

Also the tSTARTUP_DELAY is a typical value that is probe tested at 125C on the production line.
So it give some more confidence for "commercial" use case that likely will not reach this temperature level.
