TPS7A69-Q1: Maximum Power Dissipation

Hi Team,

Do we have the maximum power dissipation that the TPS7A69-Q1 can handle? We've seen the calculations of power dissipation in the datasheet but unfortunately there's no data of its maximum dissipation rating.

    Hi Jejomar, 

    The junction temperature is the limiting factor for the maximum heat an LDO can dissipate. You should use Rja number found under 6.4 Thermal Information for the package you used and then you could use 150C as the maximum junction temperature together with power dissipation calculation.
