With the TI Battery Charging IC BQ24261M, the WARM and COOL thresholds are not independently programmable. The COOL and WARM NTC
resistances for a selected resistor divider are calculated, is this true for T HOT?

You would have to solve the datasheet equations for that variable. I don't have a spreadsheet that back calculates NTC value based on resistors but I have a spreadsheet that calculates those resistors from the entered T-HOT resistor value for the NTC. Please see attached. It is assuming a 103AT NTC thermistor.BQ246X_TS_pin_resistor_calc_1V0.xls
