TPS65911: About NFBGA package information and datasheet update timing (From Rev.S to Rev.T)

Hi Team,

I understand that the datasheet was updated in 23-Jan-2021 and TPS65911AA2NMAR/T (NFBGA package) has been added.

However, there is no the information of NFBGA(Package Drawing is NMA) package like a MICROSTAR JUNIOR(ZRC) in the datasheet.

Could you please let us know the update timing of this package information?

And, do you change the revision(form Rev.S to Rev.T)?

I found NFBGA package information in the E2E.

However, I need the latest datasheet containing “NFBGA package information” to use TPS65911AA2NMAR/T.

Because, I have to register the latest device information to our system.

This datasheet revision is planned but does not currently have a release timeline. Is the information found in the datasheet addendum not sufficient for your project?
