I use UCC28220 on the 6KW converter.
Specifications are as below.
-Input: 390V(PFC out)
-Output: 48V 125A(6kw)
Questions
: If you maintain the load, it will work normally, but if you change the load, the MOSFET will die.(ex_ 0A=>20A, 20A=>0A)
I think there is a problem with FEEDBACK. Can you look at the SCH?
