LM5069: LM5069 as a bidirectional switch?

Part Number: LM5069

Hello,

I am planning to use LM5069MM-2 as a bidirectional switch controller using 2 anti-serial MOSFETs, like the following. the sources of both FETs are connected together and to OUT, while both gates are connected together (GATE).

My intention is the following:

Current flowing from VIN to VOUT: Have all functions working (UVLO, OVLO, Current limit, power limit)

Current flowing from VOUT to VIN: Keep only UVLO and OVLO functions (based on VIN measurement) , and no current limit, no power limit.

The simulation shows that this intended use is possible, although shunt resistor voltage will be negative (VIN to SENSE absolute max rating is + / - 0.3V and will not be exceeded)

Can you confirm, that the real circuit will work like in simulation?
