BQ27520-G4: Ra value generated from GPC Golden gg Maker and Battery Management Studio

Hi 

Is the Ra values obtained through learning cycle (using the Battery Management Studio) very close to the Ra values obtained from GPC Golden gg maker tool (Relax-Discharge-Relax data is obtained from the same learning cycle)? Are both tools using the same algorithm to generate the Ra values?
