Having the reliability data would help us to determine the level of built in test required to achieve the target reliability numbers.

1, The reliability of the part minus the MOSFET Switch
2, The reliability of the MOSFET Switch
We are able to check the MOSFET function via the shutdown command.(ON/OFF)
However, it is not so easy to check the current trip function
