Hi expert,

My customer tried to simulate TPS54A24 with WEBENCH.

Recently, they cannot use SIMULATE function. they could use it until several days ago.

They pushed start button after selecting running simulation. then it was failed every times.

In the schematics, Cout value cannot be modified.

You are correct. We are able to replicate the error on Webench. Team is looking into it and we should be able to get back to you by mid of next week with any updates on this. Hope this is fine.

I could reproduce TPS54A24 simulation issue. Please give us some days to resolve it.

About the complaint of not being able to modify Cout value, did your customer try to use the alternate component option?

Yes, they did. The customer tried to change other component from Cout figure on schematics. however they could not see any pop up for component explanation. When they clicked other component, they can see the pop up.

Hi Muk,

Thanks for the above post. We have fixed this issue(Both Electrical simulation and Output capacitors are updated), fix is currently on internal WEBENCH server and will be available on ti.com by next WEBENCH release(Tentatively by Mid-feb).
