Part Number: TL494

I'm looking for Simplis model of TL494 for my project.

I'm an user of Simplis simulation. I just found the PSpice model of TL494.

Could you help to get this for me?

Hi WS,

Thanks for connecting through E2E. Can you believe the TL494 is approaching 40 years old? Compared to the legacy of TL494, Simplis is still in it's infancy. Needless to say, Simplis was not a thought when TL494 was introduced and TI has not gone back to develop Simplis models for many of our legacy PWM controllers. Many of our newer power management IC's will have Simplis models in their product folders but I'm sorry to tell you, this is not the case for TL494.

Hi Steve

Thanks for the reply.
I know TL494 is very old IC and I thought you probably don't have its model.
I heard there is a way to use PSpise model in Simetrix, so I'll try it.
