LM5060: gate keep low after EMC testing

it looks like LM5060 can not endure noise，and LM5060 can not recover anymore.(Gate become low)

Schematic looks fine. 

What is the source and supply profile during your testing ? Can you capture UV, OV, GATE, Timer waveforms during the test ?

We have not conducted similar tests on LM5060 and like to understand. Is there particular IEC standard you need to comply ?

I think fault detection is triggered

sense resistor is 100k.

is there any way to cancel the sense function?

how to make sensor NO sensitive?

You can increase sense resistor to increase the current limit threshold.

Please capture UV, OV, GATE, Timer waveforms during the test and provide us to understand the issue.

Hi Chen,

Once the device hits overcurrent event, the TIMER starts charging from 0V and stays HIGH.
