Does TI provide Microsemi Polarfire FPGA PMIC solution?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS652170, TPS650861, TPS6521815

Dear Sir,

Just like the topic, I am searching a PMIC solution for Polarfire FPGA MTP series, I cannot find it in the website.

Can TI provide a PMIC  solution guideline for Microsemi Polarfire FPGA?

Thanks.

  • Tiger,

Can you provide a Power Tree for the requirements of Microsemi Polarfire FPGA?

We do not have a fully validated PMIC solution or a reference design due to lack of information on the requirements.

You can also look at our selection of DIY User-Programmable PMICs to see if any of them will satisfy the power requirements of the FPGA and your system.

The TPS652170 includes a linear battery charger with PowerPath management, the TPS6521815 integrates a buck-boost for generating 3.3V from a Li-Ion supply, and the TPS650861 uses buck controllers with External FETs to generate higher current for FPGA core rails, which are commonly >5A.
