Could you tell me the meaning of continuing the absolute maximum rating?
Does a very short pulse increase the acceptable range?

    The ATL431LI Abs Max was not tested with short pulses.

    What is the reason that the ATL431LI will experience higher than 37V?

    My customer the peak current exceeds the absolute maximum rating for a moment.
    Is there a regulation for the maximum value of peak current?

    What type of application is this ATL431LI used for?

    What is the function in that application?

    We offer the ATL431 that has 100mA IKA maximum if you have issues with the ATL431LI 15mA.

    I cannot recommend any current value above ABS MAX even if it is a pulse. If the pulse is short, can you add capacitors to kill the pulse transient to make it lower than abs max?
