Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62864
dears:
Vin=3.7V, Vout =0.65V,current is 3A with i2c control mode , the mean is that current is adjustable; could you help me promote suitable ic ? many thanks~

When you say, "that means that the current is adjustable" what specifically do you mean?
Are you looking a 3.7V input 3A constant current regulator that is expected to have an output voltage of 0.65V, and the constant current is adjustable through I2C?
Are you looking for a 3.7V to 0.65V constant voltage regulator that is expected to draw upto 3A of load current, and the current limit is adjustable through I2C?
or are you looking for a 3.7V to 0.65V constant voltage regulator that is expected to draw upto 3A of load current and the output voltage is adjustable through I2C?
Also, is there a voltage greater than 3.7V available at lower current for biasing?
Most of our I2C (SMBus or PMBus) parts are intended for higher load currents than 3A, but once I know what you are looking for, I might be able to help you find a good fit for your application.
While I can't find the details on the MT6691OOP, I think I can gather from the pin-out and circuit that it's an internally compensated voltage regulator that is being used to make a constant current supply by feeding back the voltage drop across a resistor and the voltage set-point is being adjusted with the I2C. I will see if I can find anything.
maybe what I said is not correct, it is similar with tps62864, with i2c interface, but this part output voltage could not support 1.2V, only 1.15V, could you help me promote ic that vout 1.2V and 3A current .
Your original message said 0.65V output, but you need upto 1.2V output?
What range of output voltage adjustment does the part need to cover?
Check the TPS628682A or TPS628682C, they offer a "Voltage Scale Factor" of 2, which provides an initial boot voltage range from 0.8V to 2.3V. setting 1.2V with a 23.7k ohm VID resistor.
