TPS3851: Tinit, TMR-DEL Spec

Hi Expert,

May I know if we have Tinit and Tmr-del (minimum and maximum) spec for TPS3851? Customer used TPS3851 with Qualcom IPQ6010 CPU and it has a pulse timing requirement from MR to RESET.
